The Ocean Spray Hotel is situated in one of the few Art Deco buildings in Mid-Beach. Located on Collins Avenue, the hotel is directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, the beautiful sandy beach and the boardwalk linking the area with the heart of South Beach.
The hotel dates back to 1936 and despite its modernization still retains a number of its original Art Deco features today.
