Spontaneous Dining allows guests to create their own four or five course TASTING MENUS from any combination of menu items at 8 ½ (by definition, a tasting menu consists of multiple courses of smaller portions). Guests lacking a sense of spontaneity may, of course, choose to have a more traditional style dinner from the myriad of untraditional items showcasing Chef Jason's CREATIVE GLOBAL CUISINE , including MEDITERRANEAN LAMB CARPACCIO with hummus and zatar pita chips; MOROCCAN SPICED CALAMARI with broccoli rabe and meyer lemon brown butter; FLORIDA DAY BOAT GROUPER with sweet corn fava bean grits, wild mushroom bouillon and truffle essence, and; PEPPERED BEEF TENDERLION with lobster mashed potatoes, asparagus and pinot noir sauce.
